Position: Team Leader.
Description: Project involves the study of database design, gathering
information from the AD Team, knowing the functionality
of the system example GTW(Global trading) and setting
up replication. Whenever the new schemas are added,
study the design face of the bug fixes and implement
them in production after successfully implementing the
same in development and UAT environment.
Responsibility  I am involved in creating bug fixes for nearly 20
databases of which some are replicated.
 Study the database consistency across regions
like London, New York and Tokyo, if different,
involve Application Development Team and patch
the same, so that databases across regions are
consistent.

replicate data across London, New York and
Tokyo for 40 production servers, preparing show

Description: An integrated payrolls system maintains employee’s
information like personnel information, leave details,
attendance details and payroll details. It has 4 sub

I am involved in the Personnel System. This system
maintains entire personnel information of about 10,000
employees. It has 50 forms to capture and update
information like promotions, increments, transfers,
quarters, basic details etc. This information is validated
according to company rules and posted to master tables.
This system is basic for all other system. It generates
management reports like man power planning, staff
strength, status reports etc.

Description: Database administration of payroll module and MRP II
module and involved in the following groups of the

Bill of Material (BOM)
This module creates the masters, transaction, query
and reports in master maintenance, it creates the part
master, part list, project definition file, OARC
(Operation Analysis Routing Card) key sheet etc. In
transaction, it generates SR ((Stores Requests)
schedules query like explosion, implosion and master
query like whether the part OARC, key sheet are
available. In reports like master reports for printing
OARC, part master, part list where list etc, implosion
reports, explosion reports etc.
Purchase Module
As the BOM this also has masters, transactions, query
and reports. In master it maintenance the part
supplier, customs tariff details, freight forward etc. In
transaction we have the enquiry on the purchase
request and generation of purchase order based on
the comparative statements. Amendments of
purchase order etc. In queries we have different
suppliers level, customer level, purchase order level,
queries and numerous reports based on the
requirements

Description:  Design and implement a full screen text editor
in TURBO C under MS DOS environment with
the guidance of Mr N V Vinayak, Software
Engineer, HAL, Bangalore.
This editor itself is modelled after the popular
‘Norton Editor’ and an effort made to include most
of its basic essential features like editing modes
block commands, string searches etc. a notable
additional features provided is the auto save
function which can prompt the user to save or itself
execute the saving of the edit buffer at specified
interval of time.
 Automatic Module Attitude Controller using
IBM-PC Add-On Card
This project is to automate the testing of the
aircraft model which was earlier done manually by
pressing the buttons. There are two motions pitch
and yaw and the data for the test are stored in the
file and read one by one and based on motion
either pitch or yaw the model attains its positions
and the reading specific to the test are noted.
Again when the keyboard is pressed the next
reading is taken from the file and test continues.
