4. The Process
Stage One - Excite your Community
Community groups, sporting groups and service clubs will be invited to attend
a presentation to find out how to submit their proposal to show how they
would spend the $10,000 if they won.
Each story will be posted to the Spruiker Hire Community Link pages set up
just for your promotional event.
A link to each ‘story’ will be posted on your web page and facebook page and
each group will be encouraged to ‘like’ and ‘share’ their story and ‘check in’ on
Facebook every time they visit the centre.
Stage Two - Excite Your Retailers
Retailers and their staff will be invited to attend a presentation to motivate,
excite and inspire them and to find out how to maximise the value they will
receive from participating and supporting the promotion…what will score the
most sales!
Stage Three - Excite Your Customers
Shoppers who spend $20 or more in any specialty store or $50 or more in your
major supermarket or discount department store will receive an instant scratch
it ticket for a chance to win an instant prize.
Win or lose, shoppers will be invited to write their name and address on the
back of the scratchie and vote for their favourite charity or fundraising idea,
for the chance to win $10,000 for themselves and $10,000 for their nominated
local charity or community group.
Daily tallies will be added to the Spruiker Hire Community Link pages and can
also be directly posted onto your facebook and web pages and on billboards
in the centre.

5. Spruiker Hire to Supply
Spruiker Hire will fully coordinate the event for you from start
to finish. We will make contact with all community groups and
sporting associations in your area and invite them to attend an
information evening to find out all about the promotion and submit
their proposals.

of the promotion up to 25 pages.
Staffing - full event coordination including hosting the display during core trading hours,
daily count, tally count, post to social media 7 days per week for 6 weeks.
