Integrated Payment) for running VISA Transactions system worldwide.
IGF (IBM Global Finance)
Duration: April 2012 – May 2014.
Project-: ICFS
ICFS (International Customer Financing System) is a backbone application of IBM Global Financing
(IGF). It is IGF’s worldwide, strategic customer financing application. ICFS is used by over 30 IGF
countries spanned in 4 geographies: US, Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. IGF gives hardware and
software on lease or loan. ICFS handles this lending and leasing business of IGF.
Role & Responsibilities:
Team Member for both the project teams
 Responsible for interacting with client and onsite Coordinator and performing the use
requirements as a team member.
 Testing codes thoroughly in mainframe system and taking care of full testing cycle till
installation.
 Reviewing JCL Skels and JCL's.
 Responsible for the fixes (in JCLs) and batch flows in UAT and production
region.
 On call shift work for 24x7 Application Support. Ensuring SLA/SLO to
users.
 Ensure that Jobs are running fine in the Production Environment and to trouble shoot the
issues.
 To schedule and modify batch jobs, manage calendar setups, resolve
scheduling/dependency related issues.
 Analysis and resolution of abends (issues) encountered during execution of batch cycles
