 Establish two Indigenous Community Telecenters and six
Community Information Centers ("monocabinas")
 Set up one Regional Training Center
 Design and implement an interactive website and knowledge base

social networks for development
 Improve donors’ knowledge of indigenous peoples’ aspirations and
perspectives on development
