• founded on 1917 by future group but at 2013 Aditya Birla acquired it.

• I have talked with 3000 customers and invited them for End Of Season Sell of Pantaloons .
• I was assigned as department in-charge of men's wear.
• I have learn about segregation of discounted products. Replenishment of stocks, Stock analysis, tag checking.
• I have been trained how to take feedbacks from customers.
• I can identify KYBC and pitch the customers for big bills.
• I have learnt about stock taking process.
• I have physically scanned garments and gained knowledge of mismatching and stock taking process.

• A little about warehousing

Findings:-
• Segregation by offer and size display is more important thing for increase conversion rate
• Customer interaction is also plays a major role.
• Offer display should be done properly.
• Pantaloons has the value pricing method in organized retail.
