As one of Soleng’s past internship mentors, I am pleased to recommend her for her future
applications.
Soleng worked 6 months within my team this year when doing her internship within Sodexo
China finance department (based in Shanghai), during which she mainly assisted us in our
internal control project.
During her internship, Soleng was assigned to many different tasks in which she produced
high quality and timely deliverables showing very solid professional behaviour. Her main
responsibilities during her internship were (but not limited to the following list):
• Walkthroughs documentation (leading interviews with process owners, documenting
walkthroughs by collecting supporting documents, interacting with local internal audit
team);
• Sales reconciliation analysis (from sales declared by sites to final invoice issued to
client);
• DSO analysis.
In her role, Soleng appeared to be a very proactive and hard-working intern, and through the
different projects she was assigned to, turned out to be very autonomous for her level of
experience. Her Chinese skills enabled her to adapt very quickly to her working environment
and increased her autonomy. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Soleng during these 6
months, and her contribution to the company has been very much appreciated.
