 Provide regular reporting for all the activities in the region to business & plant head which
contains but not limit to sales, volume, cost ,EBIT, KPI control and etc…;
 Work closely with three finance share service center (Shanghai , Singapore and Malaysia);
 Lead BL for VAT Refund and bonded business discussing;
 Review and negotiation term sheet with regional platform as well as headquarter to make sure
the reasonable figure for the segment;
 Support IT/SAP Project in the Region, Manage and control all financial master data of the
segment to enable to provide the right/reasonable information;
 As key user of APAC, lead/involved in FACT modeling system/projects, e.g. forecast /planning
tool (CRM) , APAC ERP system(SAP) and Data Warehouse(SAP);
 Support in various investment, M&A and growth project in the region to segment business
performance
 Support Region segment head/BL head for biding business.

 Project – whole project team total actual cost saving 3% after project post control audit
