Item 3 1. Please divide ino 4 groups 2. Divide the paper in front of you in 2 parts. On one side, write the weaknesses of your lab; on the other side, write its strengths. Points for reflection: - National soil laboratory networks - PT - Good laboratory practices - QC/QA - Staff qualification and number - Equipment
Item 3 3. Read your weakness and strengths loud to your group and make a plan to overcome weaknesses 4. Find a buddy to help you overcoming your weaknesses: establishment of the twinning system. 5. After the regional twinning, GLOSOLAN will help you connecting with labs from other regions (over- regional twinning)
