MCH services are one of the most
important programmes of community. It’s
aim to deliver health care to special group
in population which is specially vulnerable
to disease or death. It promote
reproductive health, reduce MMR, IMR.
It has various scheme such as NRHM, RCH,
CSSM, JSY, ASHA, TBA & IMNCI these
programmes are provide comprehensive
care helps in promoting health status of
mother and child.
