majority of them are bright, young girls.
• The theme of todays (8th march 2021) IWD is choose to
challenge this is because from challenge comes change so lets
all choose to challenge.

• Our mothers & grandmothers have put us on a
very strong platform. They during their times would
have fought battles for issues that we take for
granted today.
5. • The right to study.
• The right to work.
• The right to marry someone of your choice.
• The right to want to take decisions on behalf of their children’s
carriers.
• So they have given us a strong legacy & I think it is up to us to
take the revolution forward in the right way.
6. • Education is one of the greatest game changers for women &
girls around the world. A women is no longer dependent on a
man for her financial needs. She is financial independent & self
confident to push all the boundaries.
• Package of success is not easy. It needs determination & will
power with studies comes recognition, appreciation & respect
from the society. There is no substitute to hard work & no short
cuts to success.
7. • A women can be defined by her courage.
• You should have commitment to your goals.
• Be fearless.
• Lets your dreams fly.
• Give them wings.
• Grab your opportunities.

8. • A women must begin to first try to lead herself. which is very
difficult task. It needs commitment to your goal, to which you
want to contribute to your chosen field of work. Consistency of
thought is required for leadership qualities.
• We, women have come a long way, Once upon a time we could
not even vote, we are now leading countries. Once we faced
restrictions where we worked, now we are running businesses.
9. • A women should have good communication skills, hitting the
target each time she speaks. Women have begun to realize their
strengths & abilities & are ready to step out their homes, they
are reaching great heights & even travelling to space.
• Nowadays, women are given equal opportunities at work & are
allowed to stand among & at times ahead of men in many
fields.
10. • I am very opportunistic & I am sure future is going to
be OURS, an exiting workplace where care giving &
breadwinning will have equal respect & women will
be represented atleast at 50% at every level in every
workplace.
