- 4. COMPANY PROFILE As Visam A.S., we are established in 1964 as the first Flushing Mechanisms and Plastic Cistern manufacturer in Turkey. We have left behind a Half-Century with our quality focused production, honest sales policy and after sales services that makes us the oldest and the best company in its field in Turkey. We are providing the market for quality yet affordable products that we produce with an experience of long years in the sector. We also focus highly on our after sale services and availability of spare parts for a complete and flawless customer satisfaction. Our constantly growing range of different products manufactured with the latest technology still enables us to be the "Trusted Brand" in our field. Visam A.S. manages Quality Control and R&D processes with an 8 person team according to the TS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System regulation. As a result of our quality horizon (European Norms), best raw materials are selected before production. We care about sustainable production at the same time producing Environment Friendly products, consequently we are reliable to TS EN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System. We are also a member of TUKCEV for recycling and sustainable environment. After these selection and production processes, semi-products evolves to end-products in the hands of our employees, most of them we work from long years. We care about experienced work power and want to work with our employees as long as we can. We try to provide their work health and safety and managing these processes with OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System regulation. We have our own laboratory that we can run the tests according to European Norms. We run the tests which are necessary to maintain a quality product such as lifetime cycles, durability, chemical tests, efficiency etc.
