Objective I have now started Orlando Recon, Inc. where we provide traffic accident
reconstruction services to the legal community, motor carrier industry, property-casualty
insurance corporations and third-party logistics providers. Provide physical evidence
documentation, expert witness support and traffic accident animations using Faro HD
animation software.
I started out in law enforcement full time back in 1980 and retired in 2014. During
that time I have dedicated my career in the area of traffic enforcement, training, DUI
enforcement and traffic accident investigation. At the Winter Park Police Department I
spent the majority of my service in the Special Operations Traffic Unit. I received
extensive training in the area of Traffic Accident Reconstruction and was a lead
investigator in the Traffic Homicide Unit. During my time in law enforcement I have
reviewed an estimated 15,000 traffic crash reports and have investigated an estimated
3,000 traffic crashes.
