cardio thump to the man’s sternum, restarting his heartbeat, and breathing,
moments before Fire Department Rescue Personnel arrived. Sgt. Ballard’s
professionalism and calm delivery of emergency medical care resulted in the
saving of a life”

He quickly and expertly administered a pre- cardio thump to the man’s sternum, restarting his heartbeat, and breathing, moments before Fire Department Rescue Personnel arrived. Sgt.
