Achievement for the past:
1. The company had faced many hurdles and difficulties in running the smooth day-to-day
functions in various areas like, frequent disruption in trading. Past issues like pending
clients/sub-brokerscomplaints, very bad back office software management, lot of pending
departmentalworksetc, wecould able to streamlineourentiresystemand noweverything
is working fine and smooth. We proudly say as on today not a single client complaint is
pending.
2. Our companyis free fromany BAD DEBITs frompast four years, the Company is running in
profits continuously from past four years
3. Brought in friendly and disciplined atmosphere and law abiding culture at ISS
4. We have branch offices with trading activities, which are running very smoothly.
Hurdles in my present job:
 In the present scenario the capital market is running highly unpredictable, at times in
our surveillance we have to force the clients to cut their position at heavy loss to
ensure risk management system in place.
 our sub-brokers requests such as reduction in connectivity charges, Brokerage
charges, DP charges, Annual fees etc. we are finding it difficult to fulfill their requests,
 Spending more time on cleaning up of earlier mistakes and issues.
 Bringing in new sub-brokers in the given market is a big challenge.
 ISS is not able to have direct sub-brokers/clients like any other broking houses
Elements of Satisfaction in my job:
1. After we implement new concepts and strategies for smooth functioning of our back office
system/our trading system etc, and when the users praise our functioning
2. Our robust Risk Management Mechanism even in this high volatility market is totally free
from any risk.
3. Our Achievements of bringing in higher profit to company and managing efficient fund
management.
4. After implementing various strategies and when it works smooth we feel accomplished
5. in this poor sluggish market ISS could do a very good turnover, in the recent past our
turnover reached nearing Rs.2000 Crs a day.
2. Vice-President: with IFCI Financial Services Ltd a subsidiary of IFCI Ltd – Chennai, since
November2008to January2010. Incharge of TradingOperation/DepositoryServices NSDL and CDSL
further was working on introducing Registrar and Share Transfer agencies. The Compliance Officer
and also Principal Officer to All Regulators. Involved in Management policies, decision
making/recruitments and other administrative decisions.

4. 3. Chief-Manager-Market Operation with Safal National Exchange of India Ltd(SNX), Bangalore
a subsidiary of MCX - from April 2006 to November 2008. I was in the rolls of Multi Commodity
Exchange(MCX) initially and subsequently transferred to SNX. This Exchange is promoted by MCX in
collaborationwithNDDB(NationalDairyDevelopment Board) withthemainobjectas online Trading
on perishable commodities. Safal National Exchange of India Ltd is a new initiative organization
whereperishablecommoditiesaretradedsuchas Mango,Potato,Tomato,etc . My role was on market
operation and to add on members, framing the Business Rules, Rules and Bye-Laws of the company
and to frame the Membership various other related application/documents etc. The company gone
live on May 2007 with around 300 members with an average turnover of around 400 tons a day.
4. BANGALORE STOCK EXCHANGE LTD since January 1989 to April 2006
In BgSE I wasworkingin ListingDept, I was in-charge of thedepartment, for regulatory compliances,
listingnorms;I haveindependentlyhandled morethan100publicissues,(Basis of allotments in public
issues,etc).: To ensure,the compliancesas per listing agreement by the listed companies.: Clearing &
Settlement Dept,: I have seen through physical certificate settlement period i.e.T+7 days and during
that periodthe change overfrom physical deliveryto dematdeliveryhas happened,andthesettlement
cycle changed to T+2, I have seen through this transition. The main work at clearing and settlement
dept is to manage the pay-in and pay-out of securities & funds etc: Bad Delivery Cell: Inter bad
delivery which means Bad delivery of documents from one exchange to another exchange, and Intra
bad delivery that is, with in the same exchange brokers Bad delivery documents, which are rectified
andreturned to the respective brokers/clients with in the stipulated time frame. : My last assignment
was Heading Depository Services: – when DP just started, the management assigned me to head the
DP. Theday I resignedfromthe company, theDP hadaround 80000 B.O. accounts and on an average
we were executing 4000 instructions a day. The Bfsl DP was the Best DP in Bangalore. I was the
ComplianceOfficer andprincipalofficer to regulators.The entire 17 years of my tenure I served to the
fullest satisfaction of the management and earned profit and fame to the organization.
