I am a Chartered Accountantwithmore than29 yearsof variedexperience.The focus of my experience
has been on finding business solutions at the corporate level and managing people in a high growth
environment. I have raised funds for working capital and term finance from Banks and Financial

2006 till date
An infrastructure development company engaged in making roads, bridges and allied products. The
turnover of this company is in excess of Rs 1250 cr and employs over 1500 people.
This is a listed Engineering, Procurement and Contracting Company also owning Build Own Operate
Transfer (BOOT) Assets under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model in Joint Venture with other
companies .These assets are owned in different percentages along with BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd and
Isolux Corson Ltd. of Spain
A brief on the scaling up of the business and consequent funds raised and other achievements is as

2. In 2007 the company had its Initial Public Offering (IPO) raising Rs 158 cr.
In 2010 the company did a share issue to Qualified Institutional Investors raising Rs 127cr.
In 2011 an amount of Rs 50 cr was raised as private Equity.
Via Debt for Working Capital
In 2006 the sanctioned debt facility (fund based) was Rs 56 cr and non-fund Rs 200 cr. By 2015 this
facility was increased to over Rs 500 cr (fund based) and Rs 2000 cr non fund under a consortium
arrangement of 14 Banks.
Via Debt for BOOT Assets
Raised in excess of Rs 2000 cr from Banks as a part of financial closure of these projects during 2006 to
2010
Via Debt as Corporate Loan
Raised more than Rs 500 cr during 2008 to 2012 from Banks, Non Banking Finance Companies and
Financial Institutions
Corporate Debt Restructuring
Negotiated with more than 20 lenders to restructure Rs 1200 cr of debt in line with the revised
business plans and projected cash flows of the company.
Other achievements
Spearheaded successfully the ERP implementation in the company.
Recruited, trained and developed high performing teams to take care of day to day issues related to
Direct and Indirect Tax, Internal and Statutory audit and Secretarial and Legal compliances.
