PPTS is a Software Development plus a
Knowledge Process Outsourcing company that is
very committed and involved in ethical business
practices based out of India since 2001. We are
situated in a Special Economic Zone with 150+
employees on board. We have a strong zeal
towards strengthening our service portfolio.

supply needs of businesses throughout Northern California,
client had 15+ accounts initially.

was looking for some
assistance to set his day-
to-day appointments with
his customers in
California. We started
with calling process and
were successful in
keeping Mr Smith on his
toes all the time and
gained 30+ accounts.

To further enhance the
business, we provided a solution
to increase online presence and to
get more online enquiries. We
created 5 websites on
different names for his single
business and started to do SEO for
all the sites. The client has
witnessed tremendous online
enquiries coming through and it
was a great success and gained
70+ accounts. We experienced
high manual work and client have
decided to invest on CRM and
purchased Infusionsoft.
Infusionsoft automated most of
our manual tasks and enhanced
customer experiences.

To satisfy end customers,
we have suggested a ticketing
system, that is used to collect
complaints, issues, etc., from
customers. NetSuite came into
picture, which required a lot of
customisation, our technology
team have successfully
customised to client business
needs. Next we required tons and
tons of leads, our lead generation
team did it. We required a special
email blasting tool, our
technology team have developed
it. Most of the Janitors spoke only
Spanish, so we added Spanish
caller to the team and gained
200+ accounts team by the end of
2013

We have started
generating leads from Google
maps and Facebook, With all
those integrations and
enhancements, today we were
able to double the account
numbers into 100%, Yes, we
have gained 750+ accounts
and managing the same from
PPTS. We are currently on
discussion of adding an
accountant role to the team
with the help of NetSuite, this
will help client to reduce the
time with book keepers.
Invoices shall be automatically
raised, sent and followed up.
