Our Story
In 2006 to 2007, Ben Juson together with some friends (e.g. GianCarlo Rodriguez, Nino De Leon
and Regidor Bueno) saw the need of the general public for an online resource that will provide
free access to the general public in regards to their technical concerns specifically with their
home computers/network. This led to a group formed under the name of TNB (tech ng bayan)
which was a Filipino slang for “The Town’s Technical Support” that provides just exactly that –
providing technical assistance to the general public via chat, email, forum, web articles and
how-to’s. This organization started utilizing free webhosting under the domain of
www.a78.a78.org which has evolved to www.a78solutions.com.
During this time, Ben and his colleagues were working for a world renowned computer
manufacturer. Ben and his colleagues worked their way up to the corporate ladder working for
various corporate BPO companies through the years handling various aspects of a BPO Business
ranging from IT, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Quality, Training, etc.
While moving up the corporate ladder, Ben realized that these outsourcing solutions they were
providing to big corporate businesses is something that would greatly benefit Start Ups, SME
sized businesses and even Mid-Large scale companies that just want to outsource a small
aspect of their operations with a few staffing requirement that would help their businesses to
grow and more cost efficient.
This resulted to the establishment of A78 Solutions together with Jose Rafael Mojica III and
Nino De Leon to meet such needs/demands in the global market. Hence, the mission “to be
your business partner and simplify outsourcing based on your needs” as A78 Solutions believe
that “together we can”.

A78 Solutions is composed of a cross-cultural team of expats and Filipinos utilizing proven
quality-centric processes and methodologies that ensures successful service delivery.
The Management
Ben Juson
Over 12 years of experience in the Outsourcing / Business Process
Outsourcing Industry delivering outstanding customer experiences and result
driven management methodology has become second nature.
Having worked through different levels in the contact center structure from
a call center agent, Ben has gained expertise in balancing operational
delivery with technology. Ben worked with his team and developed
strategies for various industries that minimize costs without sacrificing
quality service. Ben has climbed up the corporate ladder involving various
aspects of a BPO business such as corporate management, human resources,
IT, finance, marketing, operations and labor law compliances.
Jose Rafael R. Mojica III
Joe has been in the BPO industry since 2001, and over the course of his
career has built up on expertise in a number of aspects of the business,
including Call Center Implementation and Operations Management, Client
Relations, Quality Assurance and Training, Data Analysis and Process
improvement, Employee Engagement, and Consumer Experience and
Product Satisfaction. He takes pride in achieving quantitative results and
realizing accomplishments beyond expectations and has a history of
maintaining successful business partnerships with multiple clients from
Fortune 500 companies.
Nino De Leon
Nino's more than 12 years in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry has
been a journey from his humble beginning as a technical support agent to his
current IT Management role. Nino's extensive experience in the industry
working for fortune 500 companies in the past is one of the biggest assets of
A78 in its unending search for excellence.
Siobhan Cully
Originally from United Kingdom, Siobhan has been in various fields such as
accounting, supervision, management, customer service and a lot more. Her
passion to deliver excellent customer experience has undoubtedly been her
best asset which goes hand in hand with A78's core values, vision and
mission.
