Prerequisites
As this course has cloud foundation and Linux foundation included in the course .There is no-
prerequisite for the class.
The Cloud Architect Training Program is conducted over four consecutive weekends. Participants will
be expected to attend the tutorial from 9 to 5 on Saturdays and Sundays. The curriculum will be split
as such,
Weekend 1: The first day of the course will begin with a basic overview and foundational study of
cloud computing concepts and technologies. The second day will see participants gain a foundational
understanding of Linux.
Weekend 2: During this weekend, trainers will teach participants about the various models of
service existent within the market, and how to create customized Cloud Architecture for different
kinds of companies, with different objectives and resources. Participants will also be introduced to
Cloud Design concepts using the Solution Design Workshop.
Weekend 3: On the third weekend, participants will be given the option of studying one of three
different kinds of Hypervisor Technology – VMWare, Citrix Xen Server, or Microsoft Hyper-V Server.
Participants will be taught how to install, manage and configure the Technology that they have
opted to study, by certified instructors from the respective companies, or administrators with a
minimum of 10 years of work experience within the IT domain.
Weekend 4: During the final weekend of the program, participants will become familiar with the
Open Stack application that allows enterprises to supervise and control various components of a
business through a singular Dashboard. This module will deal with the installation and deployment
of Public Cloud. This module will be taught by OpenStack Cloud Administrators, with more than 10
years of experience within the IT domain.
Every participant in the program will be provided with one physical server and one shared
storage.
The duration of the program will be 8 hours, on Saturdays and Sundays for four consecutive
weekends.
The fee for this training is 42,000 INR, exclusive of service taxes.
