PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
I have 9 years Administrative, Human Resources and Financial experience using Microsoft Word and
Excel and Pastel Accounting System. My biggest strengths are working well under pressure, problem
solving and organisational skills.
As the Financial Manager for a Mining Supply Company I was responsible for Creditors and Debtors,
End of Financial Year Statements up until Trial Balance, Payroll and general bookkeeping duties. I
further had to deal with all issues relating to the employees i.e. Contracts of Employment,
Disciplinary Procedures and liaising with Unions and Bargaining Councils. I also had to deal with all
the travel arrangements for the Directors and the arrangement of all the meetings with our
Customers, Union or Bargaining Council.
I am seeking an exciting and challenging opportunity to expand my skills in any administrative or
financial capacity. I enjoy working in a team as well as independently. I am eager to use the skills
which I already have and enthusiastic to learn new skills.
