Dear
I would like to express my strong commitment that I can hold the position based on my legal
background, multi-work experience, and social activities.
To begin with my legal education, I would like to briefly mention about my LL. B at Paññāsāstra
University of Cambodia, majoring in Law. Throughout the four years, I had been well trained both
national and international laws as well as legal analysis, communication skills, and practical
experience related to legal field. I was required to practice legal knowledge through conducting
legal training to communities, joining client counseling and mock trial competitions. Secondly, I
am currently being employed as Legal officer at Cambodia International Law Firm (CIFL). There,
my main duties are to review, draft, and provide legal advice on legal documents, legal articles,
and contracts related to properties’ sales & purchases, and leases. In addition, I am in-depth
knowledge of translating and drafting contracts, agreements, and corporates for the parties in
compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. I also deliver and get the legal documents
signed by government officials at the Ministry of Commerce, Labor, General Department of
Taxation or other related departments. Besides, I had worked as volunteer at the Appellate Court
in Phnom Penh for more than four years; meanwhile, I earned legal practical skills such as
analyzing and dealing cases, drafting contracts, and legal research skills. Furthermore, I worked
with local authorities/public officers to build good relationship among the community to achieve
sustainable peace as a trainer at Kdei Karuna Organization. Thirdly, it is about my social activities.
I have conducted legal training to high school students and citizens in communities. From those
work, I have earned a fully understanding about Cambodia legal procedures and policies that are
recently adopted and practiced in Cambodia. I am also skillful in Khmer and English in field of
legal research, legal translation, legal analysis skill, legal opinion and advice, drafting commercial
contracts/cooperates, and communication both in written and verbal.
