FUN OF ROHAN'S NAME ON TWITTER?"

The beauty of a push notification
campaign is -
You can't unf*ck the
f*ckup you have done.
I checked our Twitter and Instagram handle. There
were more than 200+ jokes around the typo.
Looked like the day with highest ER in the history of
Insider.
There was silence at my desk. And I thought, I am gonna
get fired.
I took the whole day to create a plan to handle this.
The Rohan Joshi
Typo Campaign
We made 4 typos of Rohan Joshi that would
possibly create a conversation on social.
Why 4?
1 month campaign, once a week
Week 1: Rogan Joshi
Week 2: Mohan Joshi
Week 3: Trojan Joshi
Week 4: Jogan Joshi
PN open rates jumped by 3%.
Hundreds Tweets, Insta stories were made around this.
What happened?
This gave us an idea that we can create a
product to social media engagement loop.
Also, saved my job and got a raise 😅
We created a conversational push
notifications campaign that
could create UGC.
Combining personalization with
strong copywriting.
Even after the campaign,
people kept DMing Rohan.
The moment we
went outdoor for
free 😅
Simpler the campaign,
wider the reach.
