Staff Sergeant/Recruiting, Mentoring and Placement Assistant, (2003 to 2005 & 2006 to 2012)
Evaluate approximately 200 applications before selecting 60 cadets and mentors with a graduating range of
50-55 cadets and mentors bi-annually. Monitor two graduating classes of cadets and mentors for a year after
graduation and placement and forward monthly reports to Congress. Secure placement for cadets in
employment, housing, and/or educational needs before graduation and throughout year in a half mandated
referral process. Weekly instruction with cadets is conducted addressing and resolving mentor, school, work,
