Flawless Project Delivery (FPD)
FPD programme utilizes systematic approach, based on lessons learned from past projects and aims to identify
the potential flaws, their root causes and develop/implement mitigating actions at respective project phases to
reduce negative impact of the flaws.

Flaw:
Flaws are actual or potential problems that could
delay, or have an adverse impact on HSE,
production, quality, or costs, and subsequently impact
upon successful commissioning, start-up, and first-
cycle operation of new facilities.
