Operating terms and conditions
• The fee quoted above is per student per level.
• Each batch will comprise of 25 students.
• The fee includes the course fee, digital book, exams, certificates.
• 80% attendance required to write the exams.
• All classes and exams will be conducted online on zoom platform.
• The classes can be scheduled at mutually convenient timings. The classes
will be spread over 6 to 8 weeks, with 3 to 5 sessions per week of 2 hours
each.
• All payments to be made in advance before the class start date
• All required attendance reports and feedback reports will be shared by
inlingua periodically

Virtual Classrooms
• inlingua Virtual Classrooms is a sophisticated online training platform from inlingua
where students login to a Virtual classroom either from their smart phone or laptop,
and attend the classes from any location.
• It is a live instructor led audio/video training with all the regular features of a
classroom as screen sharing, whiteboard, chat, mute/unmute, recording options.
• Class video recordings, access to Library, Online exams, Digital Certificates will be
provided.
• If the candidate already speaks the language, placement test will be conducted
before starting the training to assess the candidates' current level of fluency and
they will be placed in the appropriate level.
• End of course assessments will be conducted at the end of the course and
certificates issued to candidates who successfully complete the assessments.

Operating terms – Language workshops
• The fee quoted above is per student.
• The classes will be conducted as a open webinar and there is no limit to
the maximum number of students.
• We would require a minimum of 100 students per language per batch
• Participation certificate will be provided to all those who attend the
complete program.
• The classes can be scheduled at mutually convenient timings, preferably
after the college hours in the evening and/or weekends. One hour per day,
3 to 5 times per week, spread over 4 to 6 weeks.
• All payments to be made in advance before the class start date
