Shubham Sidana is a Manager of NextGen Technologies department at AiRo Digital Labs. He has over
5 years of experience in Information Technology and Education industry. He is associated with AiRo
since May 1, 2018. At AiRo he manages a team of RPA developers (UiPath, Automation Anywhere),
Cognitive Assistant (ChatBot) Developers (Google DailogFlow, Amazon Lex), Alexa Skill developers for
Echo devices, Python and C# developers.
Shubham is very proficient in performing RPA Assessments, designing Process Definition Documents
(PDD), Development Specifications Documents (DSD) and Developing Workflows to Automate
Business processes. He created various bots to automate Web Applications, Desktop Applications
like Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Excel etc. He is adept at integrating
Cognitive Technologies with Traditional Robotics Process Automation.

Achievements:
• HR Onboarding Bot developed by Shubham was selected among top three finalist in Bot Games-
2018 which was organized by Automation Anywhere in New York on 29th May 2018.
Selected project experience includes:
• Automation of Invoice Processing - This bot was developed using UiPath for a client in Life
Sciences Industry. This bot automates Accounts Payable (AP) process. The Bot downloads the
Invoices received via Email, extracts the fields using Abbyy FlexiCapture. It then completes the
entire process within Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Automation of Billing Backup Process: This bot is developed using Automation Anywhere. This
bot signs-in to different portals to extract PDFs from Expense reports, timesheets and check
requests. One of the latest features of Automation Anywhere called Workload Management
(WLM) has been used to efficiently process high volume of requests.
• Bot to Reconcile Daily Sales – This bot was developed using UiPath for a Restaurant chain. The
process required reconciliation of data coming from two different sources (Source-1: Entries
made by human in Microsoft dynamics NAV, Source-2: Data received from delivery partners,
banks and payment gateways). The result was reconciliation of orders by restaurants and by
each individual order.
• Smart Recruiter Bot – This bot was developed using Automation Anywhere for prioritizing the
resumes based on the frequency of Skill-set provided by the user and predicts the selection
probability using machine learning Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm.
• Chatbot & RPA Bot for Order Capturing and Order Entry: This bot was developed using Amazon
Lex and UiPath. Chatbot captures information and sends it to RPA Bot via email. RPA Bot then
makes an order entry in Epicor ERP.

Prior to joining AiRo, Shubham was associated with ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad, India as
Assistant Professor. He trained 500+ students in – Android Application Development, Java, C, Data
Structures, Python and Database Management System (DBMS).
