6. A.Regulated Visitor Recording
Visitor Register
• Hard disc to have a record of the visitor
• Interrupt while opening the door to open the visitor register
and create a new record.
• New record automatically loaded with the serial number.
• Making entry decided by resident to enter the name or
identity of the visitor which appear on the screen.
• No changes made in visitor file while Opening the door
lock by using the key which avoid recording the resident
himself.
• File can be viewed any instance of time when needed.

Three ways to controlling the appliances-
Controls by Locally Operated keys:
Keys pads kept at selected rooms help enabling the PC to
get the coded for local control.
Remote Operation through Telephone Dialing
Control Appliances through Internet (Email)
8. B.1.Control Appliances Through Email
The essential steps followed in programming the email platform
would be as follows –
Select Rules & Alert options
Activate New Rule appearing under the action
Select the Conditions needed
Choose the Specific Word in the Subject category and write
the words needed (For instance if we want to switch on air
conditioner we can type SWITCH ON AC and move it to
the specific folder)
Activate Start Application option
9. B.2.Logic to Control appliances through Email
• File will be saved in PC in (.ASM) format.
• File Contains instructions to send the code for switching
ON/OFF the appliances. After that system receive the email in
order to switch ON/OFF the appliances in the flat.
• The user sends an email from anywhere through internet to the
email-id of the resident. The text of the email has the words
“SWITCH ON APPLIANCES”.
• Receiving the email the server opens it and scans for the
desired words when it finds the words “SWITCH ON AC”.
10. B.3.Controlling Multiple Appliances
There can be more messages in the email in
order to control the other appliances.
Table shows the pattern wherein control
codes for switching the following condition
indicated :
• ON or OFF all units
• All lights
• AC
• FAN1 of four speeds
• Light1 of four brightness and
• Light2 of four brightness

Renewable energy as a Solar and Wind.
Install the solar panels and wind mills on the roof of the building where
there is free availability of solar energy and wind energy.
Problem with Solar & Wind system:
Solar and Wind don’t Provide power at useful times
Efficiency problem for Solar & Wind system

A Home Assistant is a software which is linked to the operating
system as to make the chart of daily activities brought to the
screen of the PC monitor.
E.Intruder Detection with Programmable Digit Sequence :

The securities measures is efficient with the
authorized visitor only.
Simplest way to control the appliances either inside
or away from the home.
Solar and windmill are kept at roof to extract
maximum energy by alignment system.
Monitoring everything on PC.
Intruder Detection which will ring on resident
number whenever fault occur.
