Global Marketing Manager
As Global Marketing Manager for Pervacio, my core responsibilities include collateral management and
Marketing operations.
In terms of managing collaterals, I take ownership of all the company presentations, documents, manuals
etc., and guarantee their availability as and when required.
My primary focus is Pervacio’s active participation in all global summits, events and industry forums, to
ensure Pervacio makes a name in the global arena.
My involvement in external Marketing operations not only ensures our global sales team is on its toes, it
also means that I am actively involved in Business Intelligence.
In addition to supporting external communications, I play an active role in delivering a variety of internal
engagement programs. These programs range from Employee competitions, extracurricular activities to
facility branding and employee satisfaction programs.
Holding a central Marketing role within Pervacio has helped me focus my potential as a leader with a vision
to exceed expectations and take the organization to great heights.
From time to time when not supporting Marketing, I take on responsibility for Facility Management,
Procurement and HR activities.
My involvement in Marketing operations and administration ensures employees have a balanced work/fun
life at our offices. Internal office roll-out co-ordination and Business Intelligence is another focus arena for
me.
This is my first position following graduation in Foreign Trade with an MBA in Marketing.
Joining the company early on in its history has me growing along with the company. When I had joined,
there were barely eight of us in the organization, and today we have a headcount of 170 + and still growing
steadily. My MBA in Marketing has given me a solid foundation to excel in my career with zeal and
confidence as I am thoroughly groomed in all Marketing strategies at par with global industry standards.
If I were to sum up, “Keeping up with the ever-evolving Marketing environment and technologies in order
to enable the company to showcase itself in the best possible way, would be my biggest challenge.”
