CONCLUSION
3. On the 75th independence day Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched ‘PM
Gati Shakti Master Plan’, an INR 100 lakh-crore project for building ‘holistic
infrastructure’ in India.
The idea behind is that the government is aiming to create a digital platform
promising the “integrated planning and coordinated execution” by sixteen
ministries.
Each ministry and government department will be able to access information
about the ongoing and upcoming projects us for a balanced and
synchronized approach.
It will bring together under one ambit the government departments like
railways, roads and highways and many more. In this era of Geo-Satellite
imagery, Big Data, land and logistics plans would be realized in an efficient
manner on the ground.

5. Before the Gatishakti project the procedure involved determination of project, passing of
proposals, formalising in the commission, allocating and estimating the costs, passing the
tenders and fixing the dates and finally getting the work done which was a cumbersome
method where there used to be overlapping and poor utilization of resources and
efficiency.
However after the Gatishakti project all the ministries have the access to the application
containing all the upcoming and present projects in the area with their deadlines and
estimated time of finishing so that there are no conflicts and clashes resulting in optimum
utilization and avoiding unaccessory discomfort to the public also in large.

8. EXAMPLE OF PM GATISHAKTI PROJECT
METRO PROJECT IN AGRA
We all know that our city AGRA is soon going to be a metropolitan city soon however clubbing
all the processes at the same time was the biggest hurdle during this project because for the
administration it was too difficult to coordinate all the work such as those of smart city
regarding the fiber services underground electricity ,pipelines and also constructing metro
pilars at the same place.
But now all the projects are under the one app where there will be no overlapping as all the
projects will be carried out in different deadlines rather than the conflicting dates for
optimum utilization of resources and removing the hindrances.
9. BENEFITS OF PM GATI SHAKTI PROJECT
