MySmartPlans is more than Software‐as-a‐Service (SaaS).
Every project we manage digitally is assigned a live Project Information
Manager (PIM) to act as your personal knowledge concierge.
The PIM serves as the main point‐of‐contact for knowledge collection by
providing all file accumulation, structured management and organization,
searchability, and file optimization for top performance that are customized for
your project naming conventions.
The PIM is also responsible for ensuring mark‐ups and additions are captured
using Adobe Reader and provides all training as users are added and
knowledge is enhanced though review and addition.
The PIM will transition data and knowledge at the end of the project into a
Digital Closeout to assist facility managers in operating the facility for its
lifecycle. Adobe warrants information availability for 50 years.
