A $1000 million (Rs 10 billion) turn head listed company, having 4 Spinning Units having 100,000 Spindles Manufacturer of 100%
cotton yarn, Blended yarn ,Mélange yarn, Lycra, slub yarn, 8 MW/H Power generation, Cotton and Yarn Dyeing 8 ton
daily.
Chief Financial Officer
As executive Management Committee member, lead strategic negotiations, operations support, equipment
procurement and facilities design for 4 manufacturing / business units’ country wide. I have been involved in Budgeting,
Administration, Logistics, Finance, Accounting and System functions, Taxes, Treasury, accounting, and financial recourse
allocations.
Managed relationships with statutory bodies, accounting firms, law firms and financial institutions. Directed financial

2. During this tenure the company diversifies its operation from textile to farms product. Implementation of feasibility of
farms products worth Rs. 500 Million ( $ 5 million) in poultry products (Eggs & Chicks). These projects are now expending
