 Automatic water filling pump:
The project has been planned to detect the water level in the tank automatically and turn ON or OFF the motor
accordingly to the water level. Theproject mainly consist of 5 parts 1.water tank 2.Digital circuit 3.controller circuit
4.External switch 5.motor. Digital circuit is used to detect the water levels and transmit the signal to the circuit,
which in turn processes the signal transmitted from the digital circuit and controls the operation of the motor.
 Over current protection relay using microcontroller:
An "Over Current Relay" is a type of protective relay which operates when the load current exceeds a preset value. In
a typical application the over current relay is used for over current protection, connected to a current transformer and
calibrated to operate at or above a specific current level. This project will attempt to design and fabricate over current
protection relay using micro controller. The micro controller will cause the circuit breaker to trip when the current
from load current reaches the setting value in the micro controller, The load current is measured in order to monitor it
using current sensor including testing the fault (over current) and when such condition arise, it will isolate in the
shortest time possible without harming the any other electrical devices. Microcontroller will be used to control and
operate the tripping coil in circuit breaker.

 DC Motor Speed Control by PI Controller with Hardware-in-loop Simulation:
1 Method
In this project we modeled dc motor and the same transfer function obtained from model is used in MATLAB.
We used PI controller to control the speed of the dc machine.

2 Method
Here we used piccolo 2000 launch pad for hardware in loop technique. We used the PI controller block of
piccolo to control dc motor speed. The control signal of the PIcontroller block is send through the transmitter block
and received the signal from receiver block which is available in MATLAB. Result speed is displayed.We compare
both the result of 1and 2 method and we obtained nearly same result.
 Simulation Space vector PWM for voltage source inverter using MATLAB and speed control
of induction machine using SVPWM:
Another method for increasing the output voltage about that of the SPWM technique is the space vector PWM
(SVPWM) technique. Here I have derived Vd, Vq 2 phase equivalent votages of 3 phase system and from these
values I have derived time required for switching of the states i.e T1,T2,T0. I have calculated time intervals of each
sectors and I have used minimum switching scheme for IGBT and In the same manner I have generated the SVPWM
pulses for VSI using MATLAB Simulink.
INTERNSHIP PROJECTS
 Console for 5phase BLDC motor.
Falco e-motors producing 5 phase BLDC motors for E-bikes.To control BLDC motor display console is
required.There are many parameters to control (like Speed, Power level,Run mode etc) and customers wants to see the
parameters like speed of the e-bike,distance travelled, Run mode,Time, Power levels etc on the console.
Console is the device which consists of a microcontroller, LCD display with backlight and few
switches etc. I am using 32 bit microcontroller . I am planned design LCD with help of mechanical engineer and till
now I am completed the schematics of console using Pspice.
 Flayback design and simulation in Psice and matlab.
Flyback is the on of the type of SMPS(switched mode power supply). This is basic isolated SMPS.This type of SMPS
is required in the application like multiple output from single supply, isolated power supply etc.
I designed flyback power supply to give output of 3.3V and 5V. These outputs are
required to give the power supply for microcontroller and its peripherals. I simulated these designed parameters in
PSPICE and MATLAB.
 Industrial FAN project.
This is industrial FAN project . It is consist of BLDC motor and controller part. Here we are using IRM series
microcontroller to control the motor. IRM microcontroller has two controllers in it. Those are 8051 and MCE. The
MCE controles the all motor parameters and generates the PWM signals for the motor. 8051 controller is like a front
panel of the washing machine, it interface between user and MCE engine to control the motor.
I am dealing with 8051 microcontroller code for the application of speed control of the FAN
through serial UART communication. I completed the UART serial communication . Now I am working on speed
application code. After completing this I need to interface STM32 with 8051 to provide features like wifi/BLE etc.
