Presently working as a Nursing Tutor & Media Coordinator (Agra Zone, Uttar Pradesh Branch, NTAI) Govt. College of Nursing, S. N. Medical College, Agra. Uttar Pradesh, India, where I always encourage my students to develop their own learning interests and critical thinking in order to establish a learner-centered environment in the classroom. I believe that clear, open communication with students is a key element in helping them learn. Former as a postgraduate ‘Gastroenterology Nursing’ student at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi where I contributed to focus on ‘Gastroenterology Nursing’ education, and contributed & conducted research on Nursing consideration.
