 Currently oversee all softlines departments to include: Ready-to-Wear, Men’s, Kid’s,
Shoes, Home Fashions and Fine Jewelry. Responsible for supervising five department
managers, new employee orientation and training, planograms, merchandising,
inventory, sales and customer service. Initially hired as a Visual Manager in charge of all
store displays and visual presentations until the position was eliminated. Subsequently
promoted to Marketing Lead in charge of promotional ad sets, promotional mark downs,
and merchandising sales floor per monthly floor plan. Later worked as Cashier Lead,
Shoe Department Manager and Ladies Department Manager until being promoted to
