STRUCTURE OF FLOWSERVE
• Been with Flowserve for 37 years
• Started in production on CNC machine
• Moved into supervisor position
• Democratic (maybe)
• Allows some decision making but some decisions are not always a simple vote.
• But not all because there are times when decisions are made when the team is not privy to some
information.
• Insuring the safety of her team
• Motivating
• Coaching to insure the desire goals are achieved

THE PROCESS OF NEW EMPLOYEES
• Including them in the process
• Allowing them some input to our direction
• Many ways to achieve a goal and as long as we achieve the goal, safely and in a timely manner
we can approach if from the direction the team believes is best
