Working as Assistant Manager for Problem Management Team in SPOT (Service Performance
Optimization Team) at HQ (Corporate Office) for the Enterprise, IP and Carrier Services. The

ambitious projects for entering in Broadband market. In its first phase we are targeting the four metros
and 35 selected states hubs (MAN (Metro Access Network) & NLD (National Long Distance)).
Designing of Fibre network for providing Broadband and Leased Line services to customers in Delhi and
NCR, which includes Fibre (route) planning and management.
