Create roles, then create tasks to associate to any role. Tasks are activities that you want the learner to complete or be assessed against. They can be formal learning events, or ‘check box’ evaluation / certification items, licenses/medicals or anything else…
Assign any number of learning , assessment / certification or license requirements for a given role

Task completion status is then tracked for these roles associated to the end user.
