To staff technical resources to supplement the customers’ IT resource needs for short-, medium- and long-term durations ( 6 to 24 months).
Engagement Model
Identify suitable technical resources, and propose to the client
Deploy only the client shortlisted resources within the mutually
agreed duration
Duration of the contract would be specified, and per agreed
arrangements, the resource would be transferred to the client payroll
after the contract duration.

Assignment – Sub Contracting
To deploy our internal development centre technical resources at client site as the client has challenges off-shoring the assignment to
our development centre.

Client gives us heads up about resource requirement.
We identify and deploy our development centre resource per the
requirement.
Client would not assess the resource before on-boarding and we
provide 7 day trial guarantee.
Replacement guarantee, if the resource’s performance during trial
period is unsatisfactory.
Engagements are pure contract and duration can be as short as
3months to as long as 24months.
Resources deployed cannot be converted to clients payroll.
