Storytelling is how you show what your org is doing in the world, who you are, and where you’ve been and where you’re going A narrative ignites human truths and frames your work and the issues you work for But, the fragmentation of delivery platforms creates obstacles to telling stories Distribution is segmented and broken up by the diversity of emerging technology Online Storytelling is Key
