We specialise in last minute and late notice cover.
We run a true 24 hour on call service, a member of
our office staff will always be contactable no matter
what time. We keep a bank of staff available for shift
requirements should you need our help immediately.

RGN’s/RMN’/RNLD’s and other Allied Healthcare
Professionals.
Permanent Placement
Coldbrock Healthcare can also offer permanent
staffing solutions should you feel that this would be
more cost effective than using temporary cover.
With access to over 90% of the candidate pool, we
can ensure that we find the perfect person to fit your
job description. And, if you are not happy with any
new member of staff you have accepted from us,
we offer a 3 month free replacement. Meaning that
if your new worker does not fit your requirements or
not pass their probation then we will find a
replacement free of charge.

RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing
If you require a high volume of permanent recruits,
our RPO package is perfect for you. With this service
out team will source and screen new candidates
based on your job description and requirements
similarly to our Permanent Placement Service.
However, we will also arrange and conduct
interviews, complete initial compliance and arrange
training and inductions sessions. This service is
completely bespoke and built around your needs.
Interviews can be conducted on site or at our offices
and you will have access to view our processes from
the outset.
Feedback is key, and we invite any who wish to use
our RPO service to regularly let us know how we
are doing, we will follow your requirements for new
recruits.
At Coldbrock Healthcare, we strive for the highest possible standards whether that is our level of service and reliability or the

On average only 1 in 10 applicants are accepted and all are put through a rigorous screening process, including a telephone
interview, face to face interview and a two day intensive induction course which they must pass before being authorised by our
consultants. This ensures that we can offer the highest standards and levels of care to your Residents and Service Users.
2. TRAINING SERVICES
Temporary CoveR RPO
Our RPO service costs depend wholly on what
your level of requirements are and are mostly
based on the volume of staff that you require
us to recruit on your behalf. We will calculate
monthly fee’s based on our permanent
placement fee per member of staff and take into
account time spent completing compliance and
interviews, we will then apply a discounted rate
of a minimum of 25% to the cost.
