Case Study 1:
Five camera OCV inspection of over 360 characters on IV Bag with fully filled solution
within 330 milliseconds. This particular inspection was performed on moving product
at the speed of three bags per second and floating solution inside of the bag.
This vision solution utilized the theory of probability in its algorithm to properly
inspect the text when solution bubbles were covering the characters.

3. Case Study 2:
Inspection of automotive Cam Shafts
on a tray in a foundry where temperature
was extremely high and environmental
conditions did not allow for use of the light.
In our solution, the camera only used the
light emitted by extremely hot parts.
This specific application used another
unique algorithm that could handle various
levels of intensity of the emitted light due
to various cooling cycles.
Case Study 3:
Extensive work performed on a five camera vision
solution looking for slivers, slug marks and other flaws
on a finished product in metal stamping industry.
The challenge of this particular application was not only
limited to the very minute size of the defects but
covered a huge variation in metal surface finishes as well.
