AND TESTING MACHINE
For assembling and testing Tail Lamp of Two wheeler
This machine was designed & developed for assembling
and testing a tail lamp unit following operations are being
performed in this machine Glue dispensing, light testing,
Lens pressing, Leak testing.
CLIENT: LUMAX INDUSTRIES LTD.
Light Testing: Current based light testing for
checking bulb and wire assembly.
Robot Interfacing: For Dispensing robot is
being used and robot was interfaced with
our system to form a solution.
Traceability system: After assembly leakage
testing make sure that lens pressing and
gluing is according to requirements.

VIN PLATE LASER MARKING MACHINE
VIN Plate marking for Car chassis number and vehicle
details
This machine was developed to perform laser marking
operation based on data received from server on VIN
plates of vehicle and then inspecting same for cross
verification with vision camera, automatic feeding system
was used for smooth operation and less human interaction.
CLIENT: HONDA CAR INDIA LIMITED
Laser marking: Keyence Fiber laser marking
unit was used to perform marking operation.
Vision Application: Marked code being
inspected with the help of Vision camera for
cross verification and data tracing.
Traceability system: We developed an
application to communicate with server of
HCIL for data transfer.

IR TESTING TRIMMING
MACHINE
Insulation resistance testing and trimming machine
In this machine first Base of control Panel is being trimmed
with Help of Hydropneumatics Cylinder and then insulation
resistance operations confirms proper trimming operation.
CLIENT: MINDA RIKA PVT. LTD.
Auto pick and Place: part is being moved in
machine through pick & Place machine.
Hydro pneumatic press: A Press of 4 ton
was used for trimming operation.
High Voltage Resistance: To insure proper
flow of current and no sorting is present.

CHECKING MACHINE
For checking movement of Contact terminals
In this machine movement of contact terminals is being
traced for contact brake and position where contact brakes
load is compared with limits whether it is according to
specification, also in respect with distance load vs
displacement chart.

Load Cell : To measure load at various
points.
3 axis system: Authentic designed a 3 axis
system to travel along all points.
Data Logging: Data of every part is stored
and reports generated based on data.
