The Commonwealth Bank is Australia’s leading financial services institution. During the talk, Sam will share the story of how a few CommBank employees helped Ozharvest adopt Scrum to improve how they run their business. The outcome of the session is to stress the importance of helping our community with Scrum. Sam hopes that people will be inspired to try something like this themselves. The session is also a good example of a non- technology Scrum story that will be helpful to business people.
