  • 15. 1. I don’t allow ourselves to be measured by a savings tracker. Savings is the core of what I do but value creation is what I am most passionate about. 2. We are a provider of data. As a receiver of data, it’s our responsibility to give it back to the business. 3. We provide clear, simple factual based communication. 4. We don’t overpromise & we always overdeliver. 5. We use “Partners” or “Colleagues” vs “Stakeholders.” 6. We make our Colleagues shine more than ourselves. 7. Be a truth finder vs a negotiator
