A leader in the restructuring industry, Scott has more than two decades of
experience supporting company management teams and stakeholders
through times of significant change. He has successfully led over 150 large-
scale engagements, driving change through strategic repositioning and
organizational transformation.
Andrew Feller
Andrew impresses clients with his ability to rapidly understand the
operational aspects of any business and then find solutions to resolve
systemic problems. He is particularly skilled in implementing lean operations
and optimizing logistics and supply chains to maximize value and increase
returns. Andrew provides operational due diligence and works with numerous
clients to drive operational designs, restructurings and exits.
