2. Introduction
Jarachikitsa is one of the eight branches of Ayurveda.
Jara is a process in which there is degeneration of dhatus occur
continuously.
It is an irreversible process which occurs in every human being.
Ageing is a process gets faster due to excess stress, environmental
factors and bad food habits.
As a result percentage of premature ageing gets elevated.
By ayurvedic solutions like Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Sadvritta
Palana, Rasayana, Aachar Rasayana we can definitely slow down
