  4. 4. <ul><li>Each round of surya namaskar is done after chanting of omkar with appropriate biija mantra, with the corresponding name of sun god in a sequential manner </li></ul><ul><ul><li>This mantra stimulates the nerve centers in the brain corresponding to the respiratory, circulatory, digestive systems making them more efficient. </li></ul></ul>
