stage, entrepreneurs should bear in mind that building relationship with
customer is the key to a success and growth. Research has shown that 50%
small businesses could not survive the first year due to their lack of customer
insights.
New Way To Approach Customers
To resolve the abovementioned problem, in 2013, a group of passionate people
from Zaka, an earliest company software came up with a mobile app that helps
small businesses connect their customers was. At the moment, one of the key
challenges was to find a right outsourcing partner. It took some time, but finally,
Savvycom was chosen with a strategy that fits Zaka’s requirements regarding
culture, communication and skillset.
“iHeartLocal” was born.

the system able to scale up and deal with

A stack of SQLite, Java, Objective C, C++,
HTML, HTML5, AngularJS and Gulp was
used to build a robust application with
