6. Confidential Child Care + Parent Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for Care Plus World baby care service. Please ensure you read and understand this
information as it provides important information regarding your child’s nurturing future here at Care Plus World:
1. Fee Payments and Deposits Upon booking confirmation, 50% of the total cost of your childcare will be required in addition to the
one time registration charges. This deposit secures your booking and is non refundable. (Please see cancellation policy). We cannot
guarantee any bookings without the payment of this deposit. The remaining balance must be paid four weeks before the booking
commences. Any further childcare requirements such as evening work will be invoiced at the end of your booking with all payments
to be settled prior to your departure. Early invoicing or payment in advance can also be arranged upon request. There will be a 10%
charge of your total childcare cost for us to rearrange your childcare at any time. If however we are unable to provide you with
childcare for your new schedule the cancellation charges above apply. Rs 750 will be charged for all returned cheques and a late fee
of Rs 750 will be charged if the payment is not made in with in the stipulated Date.Last date for the payment with out late fee will be
07th of every month and with late fees 12th of every month.All reservations are subject to availability
2. Cancellation Policy In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel your childcare requirements the following terms will
apply:Your deposit is unfortunately non refundable. Where notification of a cancellation is more than 1 week before the start of the
booking, we will refund 50% of the total booking price (excluding registration charges). Where notification of a cancellation is less
than 1 week before the start of your booking, unfortunately no monies will be refunded.Sickness and allergies is your responsibility
as parents to inform us of any special dietary requirements that your child may have and equip us with the necessary medication in
case of an allergic reaction. This information must be given to us in writing by completing a Children’s Information Form which you
will be asked to complete in advance of your arrival.
3. Termination In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel your childcare requirements the following terms will apply:Your
deposit is unfortunately non refundable. Where notification of a cancellation is more than 1 week before the start of the booking,
we will refund 50% of the total booking price (excluding registration charges). Where notification of a cancellation is less than 1
week before the start of your booking, unfortunately no monies will be refunded. Meals will be arranged on extra payment and
mutual agreement only.
4. For special kids CPW do not have an infrastructure as per now as it needs high-end care on a day to day basis. But, will be as happy
to advice on the care to be given to them.
