GENERAL RULES - BAHASA
1. Perusahaan menyediakan Daycare sebagai fasilitas tambahan dan bukanlah hak hakiki
setiap karyawan. Daycare adalah fasilitas milik perusahaan dan harus dimanfaatkan
menurut peraturan yang berlaku.
2. Daycare disediakan untuk memfasilitasi karyawan perusahaan untuk menitipkan
sementara anak-anak mereka selama jam kerja (08:00 – 17:00 Senin s/d Jumat). Di atas
jam tersebut, anak-anak akan dikembalikan dan menjadi tanggung jawab orang tua
masing-masing.
3. Daycare hanya terbuka bagi anak-anak berusia 1 sampai 5 tahun. Pendamping (kakek-
nenek, pengasuh pribadi) dilarang keras mendampingi selama anak-anak dititipkan.
4. Daycare hanya menerima maksimum 15 anak per hari. Anak-anak akan diterima
berdasarkan urutan booking terlebih dahulu.
5. Booking dilakukan mingguan melalui system online yang telah ditentukan. Booking di luar
waktu normal diterima maksimal 1x24 jam sebelum hari H. Daycare tidak menerima anak
yang datang tanpa booking langsung di hari H. Penggunaan Daycare hanya melalui
booking terlebih dahulu.
6. Setiap karyawan memiliki kredit lima hari kerja (dapat digunakan konsekutif atau
akumulatif) penggunaan Daycare yang akan diperbaharui setiap dua bulan. Kredit dapat
digunakan untuk beberapa anak sekaligus.
7. Hutang kredit (bilamana kredit sudah habis namun karyawan masih membutuhkan)
diperbolehkan dengan maksimal menghutang sebanyak 5 kredit.
8. Perusahaan bekerja sama dengan manajemen Daycare profesional. Jumlah pengasuh
yang datang setiap hari disesuaikan dengan jumlah anak yang dititipkan.
9. Jadwal dan peraturan untuk periode liburan panjang seperti Lebaran atau Natal dapat
berbeda dari jadwal harian.

GENERAL RULES - ENGLISH
1. The use of Daycare is a privilege and not a right. It is a company resource and must
be utilized properly, abiding the rules.
2. Daycare established to facilitate employees of PT. AIA FINANCIAL to deposit their
children temporarily strictly during office hour only (08:00 – 17:00 Monday to
Friday). Employees are responsible for their own children afterwards.
3. Daycare is strictly for children aged 1 to 5 years old only. External companions
(grandparents, private nannies) are not allowed in the premise.
4. Daycare operational limit the amount of child management to 15 children per day.
Children will be admitted on first book first served basis.
5. Booking is done through weekly bookings through online booking system.
Emergency bookings are accepted case by case maximum within 1x24 hours
before use - "Go show" is not allowed. Use of Daycare is strictly by appointment
only.
6. Each employee is entitled to a total of five working days (consecutive or
accumulative number of days) of daycare use per two month. Credit may be used
for multiple children at the same time.
7. Credit advance is possible, limited to maximum five credit advances.
8. AIA hired a professional daycare management. Applicable amount of nannies will
be allocated daily to suit the number of deposited children.
9. Schedule and regulation for long holidays such as Lebaran or Christmas holidays
will be different and will be decided later accordingly.

SPECIAL SESSION DURING LEBARAN/CHRISTMAS
1. Special Session is a 5-day (two session) class designed by AIA and Daycare
management from 13th-27th July 2015 to facilitate childcare during Lebaran
period, with enhanced curriculum themed “MY AIA FAMILY”
2. During Special Session, daycare admits children from 1-12 years old AND able
to walk.
3. Special Session admits 40 children only.
4. Registration period for Special Session is strictly from 8th – 12th of June only..
"Go show" is not allowed.
5. Attendance will be taken – children who have registered but have less than
50% attendance will not be admitted to further special sessions.
6. The Daycare will remain operational as usual during other dates in July. Usage
of Daycare outside of the Special Session will abide to the General Rules.
