Spirituality is described as a way of life that allows one to discover themselves, their purpose, and their connection to the environment. It involves uniting the body, mind, and soul to feel bliss and understand life's purpose. One achieves spirituality by cleansing the body through healthy eating and exercise, keeping the mind peaceful by avoiding comparisons and focusing on work, and nourishing the soul through acts of kindness, meditation, respecting nature, and avoiding conflict. When one has united their mind, body and soul, they will start to feel more connected to their surroundings and understand their role in the environment, discovering their sense of purpose.

life/environment?

Soul – The Metaphysical Form
Once you start working towards uniting all the above forms in
their purest state is the start of attaining Spirituality.
It doesn’t matter on which form you start working first,
second or last. The point is to start making them pure –
devoid of any impurities. It is also called cleansing.

5. The Body
• What matters for Body is
• What do you eat? : Eat Non Greasy, Less Spicy food. Avoid
Junk Food. Take lot of water, fruits & raw vegetables.
• How much you eat? : Don’t eat stomach full.
• How often and how long? : Eat only when you feel extremely
hungry. Chew your food properly to digest it.
• What do you do to “rejuvenate” it? Practice Yoga!

6. The Mind
• Keep your mind “clutter free” and “peaceful”.
- Get up “early” and go out to enjoy nature. Talk to nature. It
will always give you a refreshing feel and rejuvenate your
mind.
- Stop “comparing”. Majority of tensions arise as we compare
ourselves with others.
- Be “sincere” and “focus” on your work.
- Give your best and do not worry for “results”.

7. The Soul
• Your Soul rejuvenates when you align with something
which has larger purpose.
- Try do a Good Deed everyday. Try helping someone
who is not related to you.
- Feed birds and animals everyday. It’s a way of
thanking nature as you are taking care of the
inhabitants who are dependent upon you.
- Meditate. It helps bring calmness in you. Early
morning and just before you go to bed meditate for
10-15 mins.
- Respect Nature. If you look around our survival is
dependent on the nature. Earth, water, air, sunlight,
food…we get them from the nature. Start thanking
and be grateful to the nature for the same.
- Do not bad mouth anyone. Try avoid confrontations.
- Listen to Soulful Music.

8. How to find that “connect”?
• Once you have united your Body, Mind
and Soul in its purest form. You will see
a tremendous change in your energy
levels, intellect & soulfulness.
• You will start realizing that you are
more peaceful, less provocative & less
aggressive.
• You will start feeling that you have
starting loving the surroundings and
have started realizing their worth.
• This is the time when you will start
understanding the “connect”.
• You will start feeling that the
environment also cares for you the way
you care for it. You will start feeling
elevated.

9. How to find that “connect”?
• Start reading a lot of meaningful books, listen to meaningful
thoughts, meet meaningful people.
• At this juncture you will start feeling to align yourself to
something greater in life.
• You would start feeling that you are born with a “Purpose”.
